• Production times can vary between 5 and 14 days, depending on the ring model, the material used and any customizations requested.
• After completion, shipping takes approximately 3 working days.

The ring will be shipped in a handmade fabric bag. If you wish, you can add a customizable gift box , perfect for your special gifts! During checkout , you can view times, costs and choose the shipping service you prefer.

Shipping to Italy and Europe is free for orders over €149. In the United States, shipping is free for orders over €249.

For those who live outside the European Union, we recommend choosing a shipping upgrade during checkout to ensure faster and safer delivery.

Selected items may be returned within 7 days of receipt. Return label costs are the customer's responsibility and a 35% restocking fee of the item value will be applied to all returns.

If you have chosen the wrong size for your ring (please consult our Size Guide before purchasing), you can request a replacement with the same model in the correct size. The replacement procedure is explained in detail in the dedicated section: Exchange and return conditions .

All our rings are handcrafted with high quality materials , designed to last over time and suitable for everyday use .

They are water resistant and can be washed with ordinary soaps (yes, you can even wear them in the shower).

However, it is essential to take care of your jewelry to preserve its shine and integrity over time. Avoid violent impacts on hard or sharp surfaces and exposure to aggressive solvents such as acetone, which could damage the inlay and the external finish. If the metal should get scratched, you can easily polish it with a jewelry cloth.
