Note: Our bracelets are not waterproof, they resist splashes, but they are not suitable for swimming at the beach/pool or to accompany you in the shower.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should receive your refund within four weeks of handing over your package to the return courier, however, in many cases you will receive your refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time to receive the return from the carrier (5-10 business days), the time it takes to process the return once received (3-5 business days) and the time it takes for your bank to process the refund request (5-10 working days).
