You may request a return for selected items within 7 days of receiving them. The customer is responsible for purchasing a shipping label. All returns are subject to a 40% restocking fee on the value of the item.

Please note that each ring is entirely handcrafted, so there may be slight differences from the listing images. If you encounter any problems with your order, please contact us .

If you have chosen the wrong size for your ring (please see our Size Guide before placing an order), you can start an exchange procedure to receive the same model in the correct size. The “exchange” procedure is described in detail in the Returns and Exchanges section.

After verifying that it is a mistake in the size selection (rather than a manufacturing error, in which case the replacement is free), the “exchange” procedure involves the following steps:

• Contact us reporting the problem with the size.
• Please ship the first ring to the address provided once the “exchange” procedure has been started and provide the correct size for the new ring.

For the creation of the new ring, a supplement equal to 35% of the value of the first ring is foreseen, and the shipment will be via postal service with costs paid by the customer (a shipping upgrade via UPS with variable rate is available).
